Kanascend is a Latina-owned consulting firm that provides fractional leadership services to organizations of various sizes and operational stages. Since its establishment in 2022, Kanascend has collaborated with numerous clients dedicated to addressing systemic inequities, focusing on Race, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (RDEI) principles. Clients are actively seeking to make the world more equitable for marginalized communities across housing, education, health, and beyond. By 2035, Kanascend will positively impact the lives of 1,000,000 high need individuals across the United States.
